HIGH SPEED TECHNOLOGY
The heating system assures a uniform and fast heat distribution on all the heating surfaces. This guarantees that all the food is cooked to same degree, in a short time, even with a reduced quantity of food, with great cooking results.
With the closed indirect heating system there is no need of water refilling in the double jacket.
Besides the temperature sensor, located in a lower position, allows for a precise measurement even with low liquid levels.
USER BENEFITS
The new control panel is simple, intuitive and visible from anywhere in the kitchen (big display). It is positioning on the right column together with the other electronic components, in this way they are separate from the rest of the appliance (water and steam are in the left console) to avoid water permeation.
The electric tilting mechanism makes tilting effortless and the relative large distance between the pouring lip and the floor allows higher containers to be filled easily.
The lid is double insulated and counter balanced which keep it open when necessary thus saving energy while reducing heat emission.

The stove is Water protection IPX6: 8 times more resistant against strong jets of water!
The pressure safety valve and new developed ventilation system are integrated inside the panels.
Rounded corners and smooth surfaces avoid dirt traps on the edges of the cooking well.
