What are your normal opening hours?
Olive Branch Catering Equipment operates between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. You can also view products on our Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and send over an enquiry. We will respond as soon as possible.
What guarantees do you give on Catering Equipment and Commercial Refrigeration? All items of equipment come with a guaranteed minimum Manufacturers 12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty, and some items of equipment carry longer periods of Warranty. Check the products online but we always try and influence people to speak with our qualified caterers as often as possible. It's good to talk!
Are there any alternative methods of payment?
At Olive Branch we have tried to make purchasing equipment as easy as possible. Our new website will be available for "online shopping" when we are confident this will provide security and the service you would expect. As you are aware catering equipment can be tricky, for supply only or installation, so please drop us an email, call or fax and allow us to assist you further. Once you are completely satisfied with your product, at that time please discuss what payment method suits you best. We except Credit Cards, Cheques, Bacs payments or you may want to consider leasing. Please let us help
How long do deliveries normally take?
It depends on what product or Manufacturer you want. An average delivery period will be between 5-7 days; however companies are now offering overnight dispatches, 2 day deliveries etc. Even if we have featured a delivery time online then please call to check it's in stock.

What if I cannot find what I require in your range?
The website is being updated every day with new product releases, discontinued products, prices changes etc. Olive Branch will always recommend a phone call. We are happy to call you back at your convenience, advice you on products, good or bad, and also will try to beat any genuine quote you have received.
Do you supply 2nd hand equipment?
Olive Branch Catering Equipment Ltd only sells brand new fully guaranteed equipment. We believe that we offer a first class service coupled with a competitive pricing structure. We only deal with reputable Manufacturers to bring you reliable, high quality equipment.
Do you install or commission equipment?
Olive Branch can offer a full installation service. When undertaking installations, we will ensure that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with. Such as using Corgi registered engineers for gas appliance installations. Please call for advice
